The 3Com Wireless 11a/b/g PC Card with XJACK Antenna supports all three existing IEEE 802.11 networking standards 11a, 11b, and 11g. That means you can stay connected, no matter what wireless environment you are in the office, at public wireless "hot- spots", at home, or on the road.
The laptop users can access network resources, the Internet, and e-mail at 11-Mbps speeds on 11b wireless networks, or on 11a or 11g wireless networks, at speeds up to 54 Mbps, ideal for multimedia applications using audio and video.
